Informed Consent

The office FDA Newsletter in April 1981 stated that any FDA approved product may be prescribed by state approved medical physicians for any indication. “Off label” should be termed “unlisted.” Medical discoveries are often made this way. Compounding refers to state approved pharmacies that make prescriptions not available by national approved pharmaceutical companies. Natural hormones are not patentable. Therefore oxytocin, testosterone, nandrolone, stanozolol and estradiol are not patentable. They are available through compounding pharmacies. Drug companies make testosterone and estradiol available bound to cypionate.

The patient in signing below, recognizes that these products contain FDA approved ingredients and are compounded in accordance with state laws and that the Ruan 2022 decision exempts them from litigation. No guarantees are made by the physicians, compounding pharmacies or their related companies.
